  It served us well. It involves numerous telephone calls; which was to be expected and we received reassurances from their offices on every occasion. They also allowed us flexibility on hotel accommodation when we had to reschedule our flight. An excellent service.

  This is a absolutely racists company whom treat individual from Africa differently to individuals whom claim from other western countries. My friend had his wallet stolen in Ethiopia and he had horrendous poor service experience claiming under his world wide policy with HSBC from this company. Even the CEO Mr Alistair Hardie is racist he stated that they treat Insurance claims from Africa different to the rest of the World. Shame on you CEGA!!!!

  What an absolutely fantastic company to have contact with. From start to finish everybody I've spoken to has been sympathetic, friendly, helpful and nobody gave the impression that they were sick of me calling - because I did phone them many many times. Special thanks to Vickie and Nick who dealt with most of my questions/demands and a thank you to Jenna who answered the phone to me most of the time and started to recognise my voice! It was a very traumatic few weeks but this company made it relatively stress free with their help and overall attitude. Thank you all for your great service. I'm forever grateful to you all.
